The finer details of Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez’s multi-million dollar divorce settlement have been revealed.
The couple are said to have finalized their divorce last week after two years of marriage.
The settlement, which states Ariana will not be single until March 19, 2024, said it went smoothly because the singer, 30, and Dalton, 28, had premarital affairs.
Ariana, who has an estimated net worth of $240 million, has since moved on with boyfriend Ethan Slater, while Dalton was pictured kissing actress Maika Monroe earlier this week.
Here, we take a look at their divorce settlement from the sale of their $6 million Los Angeles home to the strict rules…

“The parties acknowledge that there will be no ongoing spousal support payable by one party to the other party in this matter.” This waiver of permanent spousal support may not be modified, regardless of any changes in the health or financial condition of the parties.’

Court documents also reveal that Ariana will retain all “earnings and accumulations at any time, including before the parties’ marriage, during the parties’ marriage, and after the date of separation.”
Despite the couple’s divorce being final, a source told the entertainment tabloid that there is no bad blood between Ariana and Gomez – who are set to marry in 2021.
“There is still a strong mutual love and respect between Ariana and Dalton and they wanted to make sure everything was done right,” the insider said.
Romance: Since their split, the singer has been romantically linked to her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater – who also filed for divorce from his wife Lily J in July (pictured in 2018)

The former Nickelodeon star filed for divorce last month on Sept. 18 — and so did Dalton on the same day.
In the documents he previously obtained TMZ, Ariana’s attorney, Laura Wasser, cited the reason for their divorce as “irreconcilable differences” with the divorce date listed as February 20, 2023.
Sources told the outlet that everything was “worked out” between the former couple “before going to court” and added that the actress plans to “cut Dalton a check” to officially end the marriage.
The couple separately filed for divorce months after the stated divorce date, and an insider explained to TMZ that the reason was so they could ‘iron out the details and settle.’
According to the source, Grande and Gomez “hold no hard feelings” and added that they “have really cared and respected each other through every step of this process.”
The Grammy winner and the real estate agent first started dating in January 2020, and the couple got engaged in December of the same year.
In May 2021, the two said “I do” during an intimate yet romantic wedding ceremony at her home in Montecito. However, earlier this year in July, news of their shocking split came to light.
A source close to the couple told DailyMail.com at the time of the breakup news that “Ariana and Dalton have nothing but respect for each other. They are still friends and want to stay that way moving forward.’
“There was no cheating, there was no anger between them, the marriage just didn’t work out.” These things happen,” the insider added.
According to Page SixDalton flew to London to visit Ariana – who has been filming the live-action adaptation of Wicked from December 2022 – in a bid to mend their marriage, but it ‘didn’t work’.
Since their split, the singer has been romantically linked to actor and her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater – who also filed for divorce from his wife Lily J in July, leaving her ‘devastated’.
The two initially tied the knot with Jay back in 2018 and were high school sweethearts. In August 2022, the couple welcomed their first baby together – a son.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Lilly revealed that she was looking on the bright side and putting her main focus on her boyfriend after allegedly being “blindsided” by the break-up.
“I’m focused on rebuilding life for our son,” she explained. ‘That’s what I’m trying to do and this is my only focus.’
Earlier last month, an exclusive source informed DailyMail.com that both Ariana and Ethan are now living together as he prepares for the Broadway production of Spamalot.
A source recently said People that their romance was ‘over the top’ in the public eye and said the couple ‘didn’t start seeing each other until both parties were respectfully separated.’
