Anti-impeachment Republican Ken Buck demands that Vice President Kamala Harris convene the Cabinet and invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Biden from the White House

  • Demand that Vice President Harris convene the Cabinet to declare ‘what is clear to a shocked nation’: Biden is unable to ‘successfully discharge the duties of his office’
  • A majority of Biden’s 12 Cabinet members should notify Congress in writing of their belief that their boss is unfit to serve

Anti-impeachment Republican Ken Buck is now calling for President Biden to be removed from office another way: through the 25th Amendment.

The Colorado Republican claims Biden is unfit to serve after special counsel Robert Hur found the president mishandled classified documents because he is elderly and forgetful.

A resolution he introduced Monday demands that Vice President Kamala Harris immediately convene the Cabinet and declare “what is evident to a shocked nation: that the President is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office.”

A majority of the 12 members of Biden’s Cabinet would have to notify Congress in writing of their belief that their boss is unfit to serve.

In addition to the damning Hur report, Buck notes that Biden, 81, has been “shown on television wandering aimlessly at events,” walking up the stairs of Air Force One and often speaking in a “disjointed and indistinguishable manner.”

“The societal challenges and security threats facing our country are countless and require a CEO with both strong mental and physical capabilities,” Buck told DailyMail.com in a statement. “The time has come for the Vice President and the Cabinet to put our country first and move forward with invoking the 25th Amendment.”

In addition to the damning Hur report, Buck notes that Biden, 81, has been “shown on television wandering aimlessly at events,” walking up the stairs of Air Force One and often speaking in a “disjointed and indistinguishable manner.”

Hur declined in his report to recommend the prosecution of Biden, who planted classified documents in his Delaware garage and think tank office and even shared them with a biographer because he is a “sympathetic, well-meaning, older man with a poor memory ‘. .’

In an interview with Hur, Biden could not remember the years he served as vice president or when his son Beau had died.

Hur’s report proved politically explosive and led to an angry presidential press conference on Thursday evening – where Biden confused the president of Mexico with the president of Egypt.

Buck even referenced Biden’s meeting with the wife of late Russian dissident Alexei Navalny Yulia Navalnaya, after which Biden referred to her as “Yolanda.”

“President Biden represents the interests of the United States before hostile foreign leaders, and is authorized to respond to endless domestic and international emergencies, all of which require a leader of sound mind,” the resolution reads.

Buck, who will retire at the end of this term in Congress, has long opposed Biden’s impeachment efforts in the House of Representatives, viewing them as “theatre of failure.” He was one of only three Republicans in the House of Representatives to oppose the Homeland Security Sec impeachment resolution. Alejandro Mayorkas.
