Anthony Littler: Disturbing moment tradie launches tirade of racist abuse against black man in rage: ‘I’m going to hunt you down like a dog’
A foul-mouthed tradition has been caught on video unleashing a vicious tirade of racist abuse on a black motorist during a traffic stop.
The disturbing incident happened on September 5 on the side of the road in Melton West, on the outskirts of Melbourne, leaving the victim fearing for his safety.
Anthony Littler, 62, is believed to be the man in the video and has been charged with a range of offenses including reckless conduct endangering serious injury and using offensive or indecent language, criminal damage and dangerous driving.
“I’m going to find out where you live and I’m going to hunt you like a dog!” Littler appears to be screaming.
“You fucking black f***!”
JP (pictured), who became an Australian citizen two years ago, said he had ‘never experienced anything like this’
The target of the assault, who only wanted to be identified by his initials JP, claimed he was driving home northwest of Melbourne when the trouble started.
JP, a former prison officer, claimed a man in a white Mazda car started following him before things came to a head when the pair stopped.
Imagery made by JP and shown A current issue, shows Klein probably crashed into his car and damaged it.
At another point, Littler is seen outside his car, wearing work clothes and berating two women who tried to calm the situation.
As two women in another car try to speak and tell him to “cut it out,” Littler tells them “don’t get involved, honey, I know where you live.”
JP, who became an Australian citizen two years ago, said he had “never experienced anything like this before”.
‘It definitely hurts. I only see it on TV, in America.
“It doesn’t take much to be nice to people, regardless of the color of their skin or where they come from.”
Smaller is due to appear in the Sunshine Magistrates Court on February 14.
