Amanda Holden turned heads in a figure-hugging midi dress as she left the Heart FM studio on Wednesday morning – after admitting she fell foul of the Strictly Come Dancing curse while filming a new documentary.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 52, looked fantastic in the long-sleeved button-front number, which she tied at the waist with a thin, tan belt.
Amanda wore a pair of sky-high, matching pointy heels and carried her belongings in a matching clutch.
She accessorized her daytime ensemble with chunky black sunglasses and a simple gold pendant necklace.
Amanda danced with Pasha Kovalev in her documentary series Sex: A Bonkers History and admits she understands the Strictly curse as a result of the experience.

She performed the Tudor dance The Volta, which was considered scandalous at the time because unmarried people were allowed to touch each other on the dance floor.
She said: ‘You weren’t even allowed to hold hands and when you were allowed to be so intimate, it was strange to have that moment with Pasha.
“I felt the feeling that afternoon, so I can’t imagine how people felt so moving centuries ago.
‘But Pasha, he was so patient. It really took ages before I learned how to walk, jump and kick.’
It comes as Amanda revealed despite trying to detox, she still enjoys an Aperol Spritz once a day.
The TV star spoke exclusively to MailOnline about her healthy lifestyle and how she keeps herself looking so fantastic.
Amanda, who is a vegetarian, also opened up about her healthy diet but admitted she is trying to ‘detox’ to stop eating cheese and drinking alcohol after relaxing over the summer.
She said she “loves a big glass of wine” and joked that she drinks an “Aperol spritz” every day, as she gave insight into her love for a tasty drink.

‘I actually drink an Aperol spritz every day… I’m trying to detox now but I have a glass of champagne in my hand,’ she told MailOnline.
‘I’m a vegetarian, so I accidentally feel healthy, but I love a big glass of wine. I’m trying to do a detox where I don’t eat cheese every day like I do in the summer, and I just don’t drink every day like I do in the summer.
“I promise you it’s so human. Unless it is necessary for health reasons, I am not a big fan of cutting out sugars and fats.
‘After the lockdown we have all been told so many times what to do and put so many restrictions on ourselves, and in life we are so limited and have to watch what we say and do all the time, so take your pleasure where you you can get it and if it comes in a bottle of rosé, go for it. You can take your vitamin B with a glass of red wine, that’s possible.’
She added: ‘I’m a big fan of Victoria Beckham, and she always looks super sexy, but I also happen to know that she loves a good red wine. She may be eating steamed fish, but she’s downing the wine!’
Amanda also revealed that she can’t stand going to the gym and said that ‘getting out of the house for half an hour’, even for a power walk, really does wonders for her mental health.
Talking about her fitness regime, she continued, “I used to do a lot of yoga, which I completely neglected because of my schedule, so I have to bring that back in, I used to have a personal trainer, which again went out the window, so the thing that I can do easily can achieve, is being executed’.
“I run for my mental health and that’s it, because that’s 36 minutes of my 24-hour day that I get to be alone, I get to think, listen to the music I want to listen to, and I get a little bit of fresh air ,” she added.
Amanda looked nothing short of sensational in the figure-hugging leather frock she wore on Tuesday, which featured a racy slit and a glimpse of her toned thighs.
She added extra height to her frame with a pair of matching black heels and shielded her eyes behind oversized sunglasses.
The series, on Sky History, starts on September 18 at 9pm.
