Amanda recently revealed the secret to how she stays in shape by doing a simple 45-minute workout every day.
She said: ‘I’m super happy that the sky is lit up. I’m addicted to my Peloton and this is not AD. I work on it for 45 minutes every day and I feel everything getting tighter.
“Anyway, this fabulous suit is Forever New and my white crop bra top is Karen Millen.”
It comes after Amanda broke down in tears as she spoke about her daughters growing up and leaving home.
The TV personality shares two children, Lexi, 18, and Hollie, 12, with husband Chris Hughes.
Speaking to friend Alan Carr on their show Amanda and Alan’s Italian Job, the radio host became emotional as she said it was ‘terrible’ the thought of her girls leaving.
She said: ‘When your children leave home, you never spend another year of your life with them.
‘They say you have eighteen summers and then you’re lucky if you see them. It’s so devastating because when you’re a busy parent you wish so much of them away… and then you turn around and they’re not even there.”

Amanda’s eldest daughter, Lexi, is currently studying at universities in America after completing her A-levels.
Lexi became interested in studying in the United States after recently enjoying a family trip to Los Angeles.
Lexi is also making a name for herself in the fashion world after signing with Storm Management, one of Britain’s top modeling agencies that has also worked with the likes of Cara Delevingne and Anya Taylor-Joy.
