The Charmed star, born on December 19, 1972, showed off her smooth, wrinkle-free skin in the candid post.
Alyssa posed on her bed with her head on a pillow as she smiled in the selfie shared to her Instagram page Thursday morning.
The actress captioned the image, “This is 52. No makeup. No filters. Happiness. Sprinkle that shit everywhere.
Adding, “I love you all. Even the trolls. If you can hate a stranger, I can love a stranger. So…I love you.”
Her makeup-free and filter-free selfie comes just under two months after she shared a glamorous selfie of herself rocking red lipstick on her pout.

In January, Alyssa came under fire for sharing a GoFundMe page asking for donations for her 12-year-old son’s baseball team trip.
Alyssa, who reportedly has a net worth of $10 million, set up the online fundraiser herself under her married name Alyssa Bugliari.
She is married to David Bulgiari, a Hollywood agent who was formerly co-head of CAA’s film division.
She shared it on her X account and wrote, “My son’s baseball team is raising money for their trip to Cooperstown. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.”
Critics called her a ‘rich actress’ who asked citizens for money every day, while she could pay for the entire trip herself.
“You’re a rich actress in Hollywood and you’re begging for money for your child?” one X user snapped. “Pay for it yourself, you miserable idiot.”
“Why doesn’t Alyssa Milano pay for the entire team’s travel herself?” wrote another. “Why does she charge money to people who can barely buy groceries.”
