Alex Pike was among the glitterati in full attendance for the 2023 NGV Gala at the National Gallery of Victoria on Saturday.
The famous cosmetic nurse made her grand entrance into high society in a beautiful cream-colored ball gown.
The 46-year-old's textured dress featured a full skirt for the full fairytale effect and a corseted bodice in sheer fabric.
She added a pair of dramatic statement earrings and carried a dainty designer bag.
For makeup, Alex opted for a sleek look with a matte pink lipstick and wore her dark brown locks around her face.

Alex recently revealed the various procedures she has undergone to stay young.
Speaking with the Not superwoman podcast, the mother of three confessed that she had two procedures done on her face.
“I'm not shy about getting things done,” she stated.
'I have treatments, of course. I had surgery on my upper eyelids – blepharoplasty – and some liposuction on my jawline,” Alex continued.
“I'm not afraid to own the things (I've done),” she finished.

The brunette beauty has also admitted to having fillers, anti-wrinkle injections and laser treatments in the past.
Alex first started getting anti-wrinkle injections at the age of 23, after a surgeon urged her to try Botox.
“I ended up getting the treatment — just my frown line,” she told the Curious Conversations podcast in 2021.
'And when it started to take effect, I couldn't believe the difference and got more modeling work because I looked super new.'

In addition to her injectables clinics, Alex also runs her own kickstart beauty and wellness bootcamp called Inside Out Beauty.
And although she feels very comfortable in her own skin these days, it hasn't always been that way for the former WAG.
“I hid my age and felt very ashamed because there is such a stigma against women,” she told Curious Conversations.
“I hate it when people say, 'You're really nice for a mom.' It really is? Do I have to be attractive to a mother? Can't I just be attractive?
'I don't want to be good for my age. “I want to be good,” she added.
“I'm not shy about getting things done,” she stated
