Alesha Dixon backed wellness brand NobleBlu ‘goes out of business due to lack of sales after “failing to take off” like the BGT judge hoped’

NobleBlu, a wellness brand backed by Alex Dixon, has reportedly gone bankrupt due to a lack of sales, four years after its launch.

The 45-year-old BGT judge is said to be ‘disappointed’ after the range of supplements, which promised to boost immunity, beauty, focus, balance and energy, ‘failed to achieve success’ when the company was wound up last month.

Alesha, who owned 5% of the company, previously explained how she hoped the products would help people find their ‘rhythm and flow’ and promoted the brand through her social media.

But a source has now said this The mirror: ‘Alesha was really passionate about NobleBlu and put a lot of work into it, even though she was not one of the official directors of the company.’

‘Unfortunately it didn’t work out as she had hoped and it has now gone bankrupt.’

Before adding: ‘Alesha is disappointed but fortunately has many other projects to focus on at the moment. “In addition to BGT, she has some exciting things in the pipeline that she expects to announce later this year.”

MailOnline has contacted Alesha’s representatives for comment.

It comes after Alesha was left in tears on BGT last week as she watched an eight-year-old boy with a brain tumor perform.

Ravi sang with his choir, Ravi’s Dream Team, and were sent straight to the semi-finals when they delivered a golden buzzer beater from the former Mist-Teeq singer.

And he insists he will donate the £250,000 prize money to charity if he wins.

When Ravi took the stage, he introduced his sister, mother and father to the judges and explained his reason for joining the show as he stood next to the group, ranging from five to 78 years old.

He said: ‘I’ve watched BGT all my life and always wanted to audition for it.

‘Two years ago I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and I’m here to show you no matter how life takes you, you can still achieve your dreams.’

Ravi and the choir performed A Million Dreams from the hit film The Greatest Showman, which left everyone incredibly emotional.

Explaining why she pressed the buzzer, Alesha said: “The golden buzzer is such a personal thing and I always say I can only press it if it feels right and you are such a remarkable young man.”

The judges then stood up as the members of the choir, made up of Ravi’s friends, family, school teachers, medical professionals and other children from the brain tumor community, hugged each other in celebration.

ITV viewers were quick to tell X that they were also in tears and that the golden buzzer performance was ‘well deserved’.

They wrote: ‘Britain’s got talent made me cry, that golden buzzer was well deserved; Britains Got Talent… sobbing; Britain’s Got Talent is emotional tonight; I’m in tears. Close to home because my daughter had a stage 4 brain tumor so we had 18 months of hell’

He was then contacted by Britain’s Got Talent they saw his previous efforts to raise money for Brains Trust and The Brain Tumor Charity, with Ravi having raised £109,000 at the time of writing.

He told The sun: ‘I didn’t see Alesha press her golden buzzer because we were bowing!

“There was all this confetti, but it took all our brains a long time to make the connection with the buzzer.

“I’ve met famous people before, but at the time it felt different, like they believed in what we were trying to do.

“If we win, it would help us achieve our goal, but winning would also just raise so much more awareness about brain tumors.”
