Alain Delon's eldest son has filed a police report against his own sister because she was 'complicit in abuse and violence' against the French film legend.
Anthony Delon, 59, reported his sister Anouchka Delon, 33, to French police for failing to tell him or his brother Alain-Fabien, 29, that their father had failed five cognitive tests at a private clinic in Switzerland.
Those tests are especially important because Delon, who starred in films such as The Leopard and The Swimming Pool in the 1960s, is currently in the middle of a family row over his £250million fortune.
The veteran artist had even told him family that the Christmas just gone could be his last, making disputes over his will even more toxic.
Delon's family has complained that he is being exploited due to his 'psychological weakness', saying those close to him are after his financial assets and property.
Now Delon's eldest son has filed a complaint against his sister Anouchka for not telling him or their brother Alain-Fabien about the disturbing medical results of five cognitive tests carried out between 2019 and 2022.

Anthony confirmed the complaint to the police and told Paris Match on Thursday that Anouchka 'left me no choice'.
Anthony said: “My sister never informed my brother and me that my father had undergone five cognitive tests during his visits to the clinic in Switzerland between 2019 and 2022 and had failed none of them.
'According to doctors, these tests show cognitive decline, placing my father in a position of psychological weakness and therefore vulnerability.'
In July, the three children evicted Delon's 60-year-old live-in partner, Hiromi Rollin, from the estate they shared in Douchy-Montcorbon, south of Paris.
Delon suffered a stroke in 2019 and – according to statements from his daughter and sons – Mrs Rollin was cruel to him and his Belgian sheepdog Loubo, while also stealing money.
They feared that the ultimate goal of Ms. Rollin, who denies any wrongdoing, was to get her hands on the entire Delon fortune.
But now it is the children themselves who are attacking each other.
Anthony said: 'Anouchka, who lives in Switzerland and has been working for my father's company since 2018, was in fact the contact person in the clinic, as well as Hiromi Rollin who always accompanied her on her travels.
“She (Anouchka) hid these (medical) results from us, out of personal interests that I don't care about today, even though I don't know their full meaning yet.
'On the other hand, what is serious for me is that, knowing of Madame Rollin's actions, she concealed from us the distress our father was in. By staying silent she was clearly putting him in danger.
'To me, this makes her indirectly complicit in all the abuse and violence he was a victim of.
“I remind you that we found him on July 5 in a more than worrying physical and psychological condition. For more than nine months my sister prevented me from intervening, now I understand why.'

Delon is currently in the middle of a family scandal, including allegations of elder abuse, large amounts of missing money, and even the mistreatment of Delon's beloved Belgian Shepherd dog. Here he is pictured with singer Marianne Faithfull in 1967
In particularly ominous words, Anthony said of his sister Anouchka: “Anyone who is able to manipulate her family and lie to them like she did is capable of anything.”
Asked about his father's health, Anthony said: 'He's not doing well, he's weak, he's had enough.
“He also feels all these tensions around him and I think it hurts him.”
Anthony said his father even told his partner, Sophie Clerico, at Christmas that he was on the brink of death.
Anthony said: 'He actually said to Sophie, my daughters' mother who came back and forth during the day to kiss him, 'It's my last Christmas, are you staying?'
Delon now lives in Douchy, his estate, with his youngest child, Alain-Fabien Delon.
Anthony said: '(Alain Delon) Ending his days in Douchy is his dying wish and it will be respected.
'He doesn't want to move anymore – and the doctor says he can't travel.
'Taking him to Switzerland would be extremely dangerous. In fact, it has been a source of conflict between my sister and us, his sons, in recent weeks.
'She would like to repatriate him to Geneva at all costs, because it suits her! The problem is that he has done too many things to her and he has trouble saying no to her… But it is his will that must take precedence this time.
“My father is attached to this house because he built it, lived in it – every square inch of Douchy looks like him, is full of his history. It's his home.'
When asked about Loubo, Delon's beloved Belgian Malinois, Anthony said:
'Loubo never leaves my father for a moment. My father is in spirit.'
Ms Rollin has sued the Delon family for defamation and made clear in a sharp statement from her Paris lawyer that she was prepared for a lengthy court battle.
Ms Rollin said: 'Regarding the complaints made against me, I am relaxed because all the allegations against me are false. I have absolutely nothing to blame myself for. As far as my emotional life is concerned, I am upset and deeply affected.'
Delon's children are all actors. Anthony's mother is the late French actress Nathalie Delon, while Anouchka and Alain-Fabien were born from his relationship with Rosalie van Breemen, the Dutch model.
