The lawsuit alleges that Bellino asked Tyler a question about a song lyric, which frustrated him and led him to force her into the booth.
It reads: ‘While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat and placed his hands on her body, her breasts, her buttocks and her genitals, while moving and removing clothing and pressing her against the telephone booth wall.
“While Tyler was mauling and groping Plaintiff, he fucked her while pretending to have sex with Plaintiff.
“Others stood outside the phone booth laughing and while passersby watched and witnessed, no one in the entourage intervened.”
Bellino claims that she weighed approximately 115 pounds at the time and that this was her first sexual experience.
The suit continues: “Tyler’s penis was erect and as he rubbed it against her, it was obvious to her that he was not wearing underwear and was not wearing thin pants.
“Plaintiff fought back and struggled to get free, but Tyler held her down.”
Ultimately, the suit says, Bellino was able to free herself from the phone booth and decided to stay with the group because she was dependent on her friend for transportation.

After the group returned to the Warwick Hotel, Tyler allegedly forcibly kissed Bellino and ground himself into her.
The lawsuit alleges that after Bellino continued to resist, Tyler allegedly whispered in her ear that he was “going to my room to do something quick” and that he would then call her to his room.
Bellino claims she was sobbing and shaking and Tyler allegedly called the lobby to have an employee tell her she could go to his room.
She claims she was afraid she “couldn’t talk and was paralyzed” and shook her head at the employee before leaving.
Bellino claims a doorman “threw” her into a taxi outside the hotel and when she got home she told her sister all the allegations.
In her lawsuit, Bellino claims she has suffered and will continue to suffer “severe pain, great pain in body and mind, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, shame, humiliation, physical, personal and psychological injuries.”
The lawsuit also claims that she was hospitalized and medicated as a result of the alleged incident and continues to require medication.

Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler performs live on stage at RFK Stadium in Washington DC in 1976. According to the lawsuit, Holcomb’s relationship with him lasted from 1973 to 1976.
This lawsuit comes nearly a year after Julia Misley, formerly known as Julia Holcomb, filed a similar lawsuit against Tyler, accusing him of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager.
Misley claims the music legend used his fame and status to “groom, manipulate, exploit and sexually abuse” her.
She also claims he gave her drugs after gaining custody of her mother so he could take her on tour.
In his memoir ‘Is the noise in my head bothering you?’ Tyler wrote that he “almost took a teenage bride” after falling in love with a woman Holcomb claims is her.
“She was sixteen, she knew how to bully, and she didn’t have a hair in it,” he wrote in the book, which calls the girl “Diana.”
Another excerpt reads, “I went to her parents’ house for a few nights and her parents fell in love with me, signed papers for me to get custody so I wouldn’t get arrested if I took her out of the house. stands. I took her on tour.”
Misley said the publication “retraumatized” her and her family, saying in a statement, “I am grateful for this new opportunity to take action and be heard.”

The complaint states that Misley met Tyler in 1973 after attending an Aerosmith concert in Oregon.
She was then invited backstage and later to Tyler’s hotel room, where she accuses the musician of sexually assaulting her.
He then allegedly flew her to an Aerosmith concert in Seattle, where he sexually assaulted her again.
The following year, Tyler met Misley’s mother and “convinced her to transfer custody of her daughter to him.”
While en route, he is accused of plying the teen with alcohol and drugs, impregnating Misley and forcing her to have an abortion.
In April this year, Tyler told the court that he was Misley’s legal guardian at the time, giving him immunity from related laws past and present.
The Massachusetts resident asked the court to dismiss the case entirely.
Lawyers for Misley said the rock singer “gaslighted” their client and the court with his defense.
