The billionaire property investor posted a photo gallery to Instagram showing the rare vehicle housed in his high-rise penthouse overlooking Melbourne.

He also presented a newer addition to his collection, a black 2023 Lamborghini Huracan STO – valued at $800,000 – located on the bottom floor.

“You can never have enough storage for toys,” Portelli captioned the photos.

The luxury sports cars housed in his Skyrise penthouse had to be carted from the outside of the building to the 57th floor.

In May, Portelli sprang up on the luxury penthouse, breaking a record for the city’s most expensive apartment after paying an eye-watering $39 million.

He will reportedly use the property as a weekend retreat.

And last month, Portelli, a self-made billionaire from Melbourne’s western suburbs, was named one of Australia’s richest people.

LMCT+ operates as a ‘trade promotion’ – a type of lottery originally designed to help businesses attract customers by rewarding them with prizes – under a license issued in NSW.

Mr Portelli has also made several appearances on the Channel Nine show The Block, where he buys houses to give away to his LMCT+ members.

Portelli’s $1.3 billion fortune has also been made from his assets, with the businessman having a particular penchant for fast cars and expensive properties.
