Adele gets emotional after having the honor of performing for Celine Dion during her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
On Monday, the 36-year-old superstar took to Instagram to share a photo of herself with the Canadian pop legend, 56, from one of her latest Weekends With Adele shows.
‘I have been performing in Celine Dion’s room at the Colosseum for almost two years now. 4 more weeks! It was the only venue I wanted to play in Vegas because it was built for her,” she captioned the image. “I have a picture of her next to the stage that I touch every night before I walk on and she came to the show this weekend and it was a surprise and it was a MOMENT!!”
She continued, “@celinedion, I love you so much. Words will never summarize what you mean to me, or what your coming to my show means, let alone what it felt like to see you back in your palace with your beautiful family.”
“I loved being there, it was such an honor and Saturday night will be something I remember forever. Such a full circle moment for me to be there with you. Thank you so much ,” the Hello hitmaker concluded.
