Adele PAUSES Munich concert to have part of her dress removed after torrential downpour made it ‘too heavy’ to wear

It was the first of her ten highly anticipated performances.

And Adele’s first concert at Munch on Friday was hit by some obstacles after extreme weather warnings were issued.

The 36-year-old superstar had to cut her performance short due to a fashion blunder that she desperately needed to correct while still on stage.

The singer dazzled in a midnight blue floor-length dress as she sang her hits to the delight of her fans.

The printed dress had a huge train that billowed down the sides and across the floor, soaking up water from the torrential rain during her performance, forcing Adele to temporarily cut the concert short.

In a shock move, Adele was forced to cut short the first of her ten evening shows in Munich due to a major fashion blunder that she urgently needed to fix

The singer wowed in a midnight blue floor-length gown with a huge train that soaked up water from the torrential rain during her performance, forcing Adele to briefly interrupt the concert.

She turned to the audience and said, “I’m sorry I have to take off this beautiful train, because it’s wet and heavy.” Then she called out to her backup singers, “Girls, can you help me?”

While making sure to keep the audience entertained, she said, “At least there’s no thunder and lightning. Jesus!”

‘I got a weather report and it said it wasn’t going to rain in time for the show, so I was like, “Let me wear this dress with the huge train on it” like a real f***y. I was standing there under the stage.’

As her backup singers worked to pull away the train of the dress, Adele added: ‘I can hear you all by the way. You guys over here in the corner on this side, you guys are a real vibe, but then you woke me up because one of you said, “We can see you under there” and I’m in my underwear!

“Well, I’m going to sing you another song. This dress is quite complicated.”

As her singers walked to the side of the stage with the garment, Adele called out to them: “Thanks girls, look how it’s dripping!”

This happened after fans were warned by weather experts about heavy thunderstorms and concert organizers announced emergency plans.

The German Weather Service (DWD) has issued a severe weather warning stating: ‘Isolated thunderstorms are approaching from the west. There will be wind gusts with speeds of around 60 km/h (17 m/s)’.

She addressed the crowd and said: ‘Unfortunately I have to turn off this beautiful train, because it is wet and heavy’

While she made sure to keep the crowd entertained, she said she didn’t think it should rain during her performance, so she thought, ‘Let me wear this dress with the huge train on it’ like a real f***y.

It was further emphasized that the risk of lightning strikes was life-threatening and fans were urged not to stay outside, which is exactly what attending a concert like this would entail.

The threat of bad weather was so serious that fans were advised to seek shelter in buildings and prepare for the worst.

Further recommendations for action include securing loose objects and avoiding large bodies of water.

Although the darkening skies over Munich remain unpredictable, fans were overwhelmingly enthusiastic about the concert.

Some admitted to feeling uneasy, especially since even Adele had to cancel her dress rehearsal yesterday due to heavy lightning strikes and severe storms.

Meanwhile, the star, who is known for her outspokenness, opened up about her nerves ahead of the show, sharing a behind-the-scenes snap in which she admitted she felt “bewildered” ahead of the performance.

The photo was projected onto screens in the stadium as she teased her fans a little over two hours before she was due to take the stage at 7:30pm.

With her makeup completely off, Adele pouted in the photo as she sat with her hair in rollers and held a handwritten sign that read, “See you soon! I’m so happy with myself,” along with a smiley face.

As part of the experience, there is an exhibition centre called ‘Adele World’ – the size of almost 60 football fields – with a Ferris wheel, a beer garden and a variety of food trucks, as well as a wine bar named after Adele’s song ‘I Drink Wine’

In the lead-up to the concert, Adele posted a photo of herself wearing rollers and admitted she gets herself into trouble, as fans anxiously queue up for the star’s highly anticipated concert to make a huge appearance in Munich.

Fans of the British singer not only had to be on their guard, but also had to pay a ridiculous amount of money: £5 for water, £135 for a 1.5-litre bottle of wine and £169 for a cushion cover.

Meanwhile, the extreme weather warning has prompted event organizers to announce a contingency plan.

An official statement said: ‘Should the worst-case scenario occur, namely that the concert is cancelled, a ‘safe space’ will be available to all visitors, which they can enter quickly but calmly following the instructions.’

These emergency shelters are located on the nearby exhibition grounds in Riem and are intended to provide protection against the harsh weather conditions.

Security personnel are said to be on high alert and ready to escort fans to safety if the situation becomes too dangerous.

However, organisers stressed that there is a strict ban on umbrellas at the venue, leaving fans with no choice but to bring ponchos for protection.

In addition to these announcements, the Munich city council has issued urgent warnings, urging fans to stay informed and take appropriate precautions.
