Real Housewives Of Miami star Dr. Nicole Martin is leaving the series ahead of season seven… after welcoming her second child

The Real Housewives Of Miami cast will be a little smaller when season seven premieres, as Dr. Nicole Martin will not be joining her castmates.

The 40-year-old anesthesiologist has left the reality series before filming of the upcoming season, Page Six unveiled on Tuesday.

Filming for the series began earlier in the day, without Martin being involved.

Insiders told the publication that she was the only one leaving for the upcoming season.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Martin for comment.

The rest of the lead cast – including Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Alexia Nepola and Larsa Pippen – and friends – Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton – also stuck around for a while.

The sources also claimed that new women would be filming for the series, but Bravo has not yet decided whether they will be part of the main cast or just be friends.

It’s unclear why Martin is leaving the series and Bravo has not commented on her reported departure.

However, the doctor has gone through some major changes in the months leading up to filming for season seven.

In March of this year, Martin gave birth to her second child, a daughter named Genevieve.

“Mother and baby are recovering from an earlier-than-expected C-section,” she announced on social media after the birth.

She shares her baby daughter and five-year-old son Greyson with her fiancé Anthony Lopez.

The lovebirds have been in a relationship since 2015 and the lawyer proposed to her on New Year’s Eve in late 2021.

Martin also faced tragedy on RHOM when her father Miguel passed away in November 2023.

While the reasons for her departure are unclear, Martin went through a major life change when she had her second child, a daughter named Genevieve, in March.

“I couldn’t find the words and still can’t find them,” she wrote in an Instagram post at the time.

‘Everything happened so fast and it still doesn’t seem real. Part of me is still waiting for one of your crazy phone calls.

“There are so many things that were not said and moments that we did not share. We try not to dwell on the moments that were missed and focus on the improvements that we made. You had a passion for life and I know you are having a party in heaven,” she added.

Martin first appeared in season four of RHOM, which premiered in late 2021. Her last appearances were in season six, the final episodes of which aired in March of this year.
