The news presenter is currently taking some time off from presenting her breakfast show on Sky News as she prioritises her move to the country.
Kay, 63, usually hosts the show on the side former BBC News star Gareth Barlow and Mhari Aurora.
However, she has been absent as both for the past week Wilfred Frost and Leah Boleto were on the air during her absence.
And on Tuesday, the star showed she was busy settling into her new home as she shared a stunning photo of one of the rooms.

The star showed off her stylish style in the photo from what appeared to be Kay’s study.
With light streaming in through a huge floor-to-ceiling arched window, the star had her desk and chair positioned to look out over her garden.
The old-fashioned house has high ceilings with a beautiful hand cornice, a glass chandelier and wooden floors.
To keep things simple, Kay had furnished the room so far with some bookshelf cabinets, an armchair and a freestanding lamp.
She captioned the photo: “New house,” as artwork was seen on the wall waiting to be hung.
It comes after Kay paid tribute to her sister who is currently battling cancer.
The star shared her family’s experiences with the disease in March when Kay supported Kate Middleton after she announced her cancer diagnosis.
Kay, who has a family history of the disease, took to her Instagram Story to share a selfie with her sister Jacqueline, who is also battling the disease.

As the two beamed as they went for a walk together in the sunshine, she added: “Doesn’t she look fantastic in her wig?”
