Jurgen Klopp has revealed how long it will be before Alisson Becker returns to action for Liverpool.
The Brazilian goalkeeper has been out with a hamstring injury since the 3-1 defeat to Arsenal on February 4.
Liverpool’s second-choice goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has performed admirably in Alisson’s absence. The Reds won the Carabao Cup and did not lose a single match in that time.
However, with the Reds locked in a fierce battle for the title, supporters are keen to see their number 1 return to the field.
Some lucky Liverpool fans were able to speak to Klopp during a tour of their AXA Training Center in Kirkby and ask the German how long it will take before Allison makes his comeback.

When a supporter asked ‘how is Alisson doing?’ the German replied: ‘Two and a half to three weeks. It won’t be long now.’
If Alisson misses three weeks, he will miss matches against Brighton, Sheffield United, Manchester United, Atalanta and Crystal Palace.
Liam Whittle, who shared the video, also revealed Klopp giving updates on Diogo Jota, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joel Matip.
He wrote: ‘Sounds like a flex but actually spoke to Jurgen today when he was on AXA tour.
‘Jota was training alone. He said Ali will be gone in 2 1/2 – 3 weeks. Said Trent is still injured, but not far away. Matip was also running alone again.’
Klopp told the media earlier this month that Alexander-Arnold and Jota could be back the week after the international break.
The Liverpool supporter’s update suggests this weekend’s match against Brighton could be too early for the pair.
Jota injured his knee in the 4-1 win away at Brentford in February, while Alexander-Arnold also suffered from a knee problem and last played in their 3-1 win over Burnley.

Joel Matip is also training alone but is unlikely to play for Liverpool again this season
Matip has been out of action since December due to a cruciate ligament tear and was considered unlikely to play again this season. The Cameroonian is likely to leave Anfield this summer at the end of his contract.
In the video shared on Twitter, the fan also cheekily asked Klopp if they are “ready for the Treble?”
The question made Klopp laugh, who replied: “Of course.”
Liverpool are behind Arsenal only on goal difference in the Premier League, while they are also in the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
