Abbey Clancy reveals husband Peter Crouch forgot to buy her any presents last Christmas and left her to cook dinner alone in favour of going to the local pub
Abbey Clancy has revealed her husband Peter Crouch left her to cook Christmas dinner alone when he went to the pub for a pint last year.
The model, 37, also said the former Liverpool FC star, 42, also didn't buy her any presents that year while they were chatting on Michael McIntyre's Christmas Wheel.
On Christmas Day, seven celebrity experts – including Abbey and Peter – are on hand to use their knowledge of Christmas to help three famous faces raise as much money as possible.
Abbey, who was at the wheel, said she normally has to organize the whole day, while the ex-striker revealed he has 'nothing to do with it'.
But the mum-of-four admitted she doesn't want to take on the role of 'in charge' of Christmas and has just 'given it'.

The model, 37, also said the former Liverpool FC star, 42, also didn't buy her any presents that year as they chatted on Michael McIntyre's Christmas Wheel.
The blonde beauty said: 'Last year everyone went to the pub and left me alone to do dinner and stuff.'
“It's not every year, but it was the year you [Peter] I didn't get any presents,” she added.
The crowd booed her husband as she said, “It's true. I did that thing where you're like, 'What do you want for Christmas, let's not give any presents this year,' but he took it literally.”
Unable to remember his less than ideal behavior, Peter asked his wife, “Didn't I give you anything?” before telling Abbey he didn't believe it.
Abbey further assured him that he had, in fact, forgotten to buy her anything.
But this isn't the first time Abbey has complained about Peter's lack of effort around the house, as she admitted that “it's hard to keep the spark alive after 20 years.” and added that she “would love it if he was more domesticated.”
Abbey revealed that she has now 'given up' coaching him and is usually left alone to pick up the children.
The podcast hosting couple share four children, Sophia, 12, Liberty, eight, Johnny, five, and Jack, four, together.

But this isn't the first time Abbey has complained about Peter's lack of effort in the house, as she admitted in December that “it's hard to keep the spark alive after 20 years.”
In an interview with Nieuw! magazine Abbey said: 'Pete and I have been together for almost twenty years, and it's hard to keep the spark alive.
'Like any couple, we have our problems. You may find yourself in your role of cooking and cleaning and you need to break that cycle.
“I would love it if Peter was more domesticated, but I've given up and he's leaving me to do the cooking and cleaning.”
But all is not lost, as the football star has done his bit elsewhere in the relationship.
Abbey revealed that Peter did his best to keep the spark alive between the two of them as he planned a surprise trip to Thailand to 'reconnect'.
While the thought was there, Peter saw no plan for the future and when the couple arrived at their luxury destination, it quickly became clear that it was monsoon season.

Being stuck indoors for 48 hours, The Therapy Crouch podcast hosts got a couples massage, took a nap and enjoyed brunch.
The topic of having more children was discussed during the rainy outing, but Abbey said expanding their family is not on the agenda at the moment.
She joked, “We both love being parents and it's the most fulfilling role, but having more isn't on the agenda right now. Besides, Peter said he'll leave me if we have any more.”
Michael McIntyre's Christmas Wheel airs on December 25 at 6.50pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
