The 1924 Craftsman bungalow – located on a 2,200-square-foot lot – is tucked behind a row of hedges and is across the street from a fire station.
Despite the smaller interior and exterior, the home features a beautiful wraparound deck and garden area, an open floor plan, and modern amenities.
A Zillow appraisal of the property places the tiny home’s value at $1,187,200.
As of August 2023, the average home price in California is $959,000.

Inside, the home has a chef’s kitchen with plenty of counter space, a small island, a dishwasher, and multiple refrigerator drawers.
