PICTURED: Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are seen leaving LA-area hospital after rocker abruptly postponed European tour to deal with ‘urgent family matter’
A still heavily pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker were spotted coming out of a hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday.
On Friday, Travis’ band Blink-182 announced the postponement of some European tour dates due to an “urgent family matter” that forced him to run home.
The following day, Kourtney, 44, who made her pregnancy public in June, was seen leaving the hospital with Travis and climbing into an SUV.
Neither Travis nor Kourtney have revealed why they were in the hospital, but based on the appearance of her bump when she left, she doesn’t appear to have given birth.
DailyMail.com has reached out to a representative for the Kardashians for comment.

Kourtney was seen unaided as she and her husband surfaced on Friday, got into a shiny black Range Rover and took off.

On Friday, Blink-182 announced via Insta Stories that they would have to postpone their upcoming concerts due to the emergency in Travis’ family.
“Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return to the United States,” the band revealed on social media. The shows in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin are postponed. More information on his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as possible.”
The Blink-182 tour of Europe was set to kick off Friday night in Glasgow, where Travis was when the announcement was made.
Travis then set up his own social media and cryptically posted pictures of the prayer room at Glasgow airport.
Just last week, he and his pregnant wife were spotted enjoying the sun together during a romantic walk on the beach.
As Travis rushed home to Kourtney, his ex-wife Shanna Moakler confirmed that the children she herself shares with him are “safe and well.”

Shanna and Travis welcomed Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, together, and Travis was also pivotal in raising Shanna’s daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, who she had with former professional boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
Meanwhile, Kourtney shares three kids — Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight — with her ex-fiancé Scott Disick, who she dated off and on for nearly a decade.
Kourtney ecstatically revealed to the world in June that she’s expecting a baby from Travis, who she tied the knot with last year.
She dropped the bomb at a Blink-182 concert, standing in the audience and holding up a sign that read, “TRAVIS I’M PREGNANT” – a mischievous nod to a similar scene in the music video for the song All The Band’s Small Things.
Her heart-stopping news came just over a year after Kourtney put the brakes on her IVF journey, exposing her to a range of health issues, including depression.
On a 2022 episode of her reality show The Kardashians, Kourtney spoke candidly about the “terrible” experience she had with IVF.
She claimed in a confessional that the “medication they gave me put me into menopause, literally into menopause.”
Kourtney theorized, “Because I’m so clean and careful about what I put in my body, I think it’s like I’m getting the opposite reaction and acting as a contraceptive instead of helping us.”
She explained, “I have everything in the world to be happy about. I just feel a little strange and not like myself. Super moody and hormonal, like I’m crazy half the time.”
In December of that year, a few months after her wedding, she told the Wall Street Journal that she had stopped her IVF treatments 10 months earlier.
Kourtney, who tied the knot with Travis in May, shared that she was “taking a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married.”
On a later aired episode of The Kardashians, she said, “We’d love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us.”
She also shared that she had “seven frozen eggs from years ago before Travis”—a step she took when she was almost 40.
“When I was 38 or 39, everyone pushed me to do that and most of me didn’t survive the thaw because eggs are one cell and none of them reached an embryo,” said the eldest Kardashian sister.
“Everything that came with IVF took a toll on me physically. My health is still affected because it’s hormones. And it took its toll mentally, too,” she said.
“So I think the most important thing is just being happy and being a good parent to my kids. We simply embrace that what is meant to be will be.’
