A huge series has reportedly been removed from Sky, which is sure to leave fans devastated.
Historical fantasy drama Britannia will not return to the small screen, according to Deadlinedespite being left on a cliffhanger that ends at the end of the third season in 2019.
The Walking Dead actor David Morrissey played General Aulus, a leader of the tyrannical army that led the Roman invasion of Britannia.
And the latest episode concluded with Cait (Eleanor Worthington Cox) stranded in Rome after being abandoned by her mentor, who is believed to have married General Aulus.
While the epic debuted on Sky Atlantic in 2018, it was streamed on Amazon Prime Video in the US before Epix picked it up for later series.
