Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang returns to Barcelona and joins his former teammates’ dressing room celebrations following their last-gasp victory in El Clásico, after sitting out the Chelsea bench AGAIN in their draw with Everton .

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang spent Sunday night enjoying El Clásico at the Camp Nou after another weekend out of Chelsea’s squad.
The 33-year-old striker, who joined the west London club from Barcelona at the summer club, made his affinity for his former team clear when he joined in the post-match celebrations in the dressing room.
In an Instagram Story posted by Spanish striker Ferran Torres, Aubameyang, who was at the club for just seven months, appears in the midst of the festivities.
Torres captioned the story, ‘Grande’, which means big or grand in Spanish, labeling the underdog Chelsea man.
The Catalan club beat rival Real Madrid 2-1 after Franck Kessie broke the tie in stoppage time to set up the home team’s 119th El Clásico victory.

By contrast, the current club from Aubameyang will have spent the weekend lamenting the missed chances after their 2-2 draw against Everton.
The Blues were on the receiving end of another late goal, fired by Everton youngster Ellis Simms, the equalizer marking the time in a mini-resurgence of form for Graham Potter’s side.
Wins against Leeds, Borussia Dortmund and Leicester gave fans some hope of chasing European places as the season draws to a close.
But shared points meant the club failed to get past 10th in the table.
Aubameyang has had a rocky spell in west London, after being lured to meet his former Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel.
Within six days of the signing of the Gabonese international, new owner Todd Boehly gave Tuchel back to his running owners.
Since then, he has struggled with playing time and has spent long stretches away from the team.
Aubameyang was last part of the matchday squad against Tottenham at the end of February, after a month out.

Aubameyang last featured in February against Spurs and made no impact in the 2-0 loss.
The last time Aubameyang made the starting XI was against former club Arsenal in early November 2022.
The Gabon captain will no doubt be considering a move in the summer transfer window should he be left out of Potter’s squad, in a bid to recapture the form that saw him succeed at Dortmund and former club Arsenal.
During his time at both clubs, he scored a combined 233 goals in 376 appearances.
This season he has scored once in the Premier League and twice in the Champions League, in 18 matches combined.
