Presley died at age 54 after being rushed to West Hills Hospital and Medical Center in California on Thursday. She was the only child of singer Elvis and Priscilla Presley.

After an interrupted exchange, the police officer asked if he could speak to someone else, at which point a man believed to be Presley’s ex-husband, Danny Keogh, takes control. First responders seem to arrive seconds later.

The confusion started when the operator was asking the housekeeper for the name of a nearby street. “It’s the Normandy road,” she said, confused.

‘Yes, but the nearest street on the corner, is it Providence Drive?’ replied the police officer.

“I really don’t know anything…it’s Calabasas,” the housekeeper said before the operator asked if there was anyone else who could relay her location.

When the man believed to be Keogh picked up the phone, he expressed concern and asked how far away help was, saying: ‘How close, how far are they?’

As the dispatcher was explaining that he did not know his exact whereabouts, help arrived.

‘I think they’re here,’ the man snapped, before the call ended.

Presley’s housekeeper called 911 after discovering her boss collapsed in the bathroom.

Once the EMTs arrived, they managed to revive her and her pulse returned, but by the time she arrived at the hospital, she was brain dead. TMZ reported on Friday.

The family rushed to his bedside, where he was in an induced coma and on life support. Upon learning that he was already brain dead, they signed a ‘do not resuscitate’ order. He later suffered a second cardiac arrest and died with his mother Priscilla, 77, by his side.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla Presley said in a statement Thursday night.

“She was the most passionate, strong, loving woman I have ever met.”

Her ex-husband, Danny Keough, who is believed to have helped with the phone call, returned to the house shortly after she collapsed and performed CPR until paramedics arrived.

Keough is the father of actress daughter Riley, 33, and son Benjamin, who committed suicide in July 2020 at age 27.
