The reality star, 37, who found fame on the TLC series 1000-lbs Sisters, was spotted posing poolside with her friend, psychic medium Haley Michelle, in a series of images shared online.
In the photos, Tammy is seen in a blue mermaid-inspired swimsuit as she dangles her legs in the pool, smiling at Haley, who is wearing a black and white swimsuit with a ruffled neckline.
“Proud of you,” Haley captioned the sweet photo.

The couple didn’t say where they were vacationing, with Haley sharing a selfie with Tammy at a grocery store and writing, “Getting some groceries before our girls go on a trip.”
In Instagram stories posted by Haley, the couple appears to be enjoying their time off.
Haley posted a screenshot of a FaceTime call the pair had with Tammy’s sister Amy, while enjoying drinks with a third friend.
Fans cheered on Tammy’s weight loss and congratulated her on her new figure and confidence in the comments.

However, others took issue with Haley, many expressing concern that the physical medium was using the Slater sisters to gain social media fame.

Tammy underwent surgery in late 2022 to shed the pounds, starting her weight loss journey.
Earlier this month, the TLC personality showed off her remarkable weight loss journey in a post to Instagram, posting a carousel of snaps including Tammy modeling a strapless dress, relaxing in pajamas and lounging in a sweatshirt with her cat.
In December, Tammy revealed she weighed 285 pounds, down from her starting point of 717.
She spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where she lost more than 400 pounds through treatment and bariatric surgery.
She also met her late husband Caleb Willingham at the rehabilitation center.
Caleb, nicknamed ‘Double K’, starred in the weight-loss show with his wife as they battled chronic obesity.
Caleb died on June 30 at the age of 40 from unknown causes, just seven months after the couple tied the knot in November last year.

They got married and about thirty friends and family members were invited to the small ceremony, officiated by their home care nurse and friend Billy.
Just months after his wedding, Caleb died at the age of 40 from unknown causes.
Tammy talked about the moment she found out Caleb had passed away over the summer.
During an interview with People, Tammy revealed that a friend of Caleb’s told her via text that her husband was not doing well – before telling her 20 minutes later that he had died.
At the time, Tammy was at her home in Kentucky and Caleb was at the rehabilitation center in Ohio where she had previously been with him.
Still heartbroken after his death, the TLC star shared a tribute on Instagram that read, “RIP sweet angel, you will be forever missed and loved, thank you Caleb for showing you true love and happiness.”
