Zara Tindall puts on a glamorous display as she joins socialite Delfina Blaquier at an upmarket Magic Millions VIP lunch on the Gold Coast

Zara Tindall put on a very glamorous performance on Friday after flying Down Under to attend the exclusive Women with Horsepower lunch at The Star Gold Coast.

King Charles III’s niece, 43, who lives in London, showed off her luxury fashion sense as she attended the VIP event with her famous friends.

The lunch is part of the Magic Millions Carnival, of which Zara is an ambassador, and she is a regular at the prestigious two-week racing spectacle.

The equestrian king looked radiant in a chic black and white Rebecca Vallance Aurerlia short-sleeved mini dress, which was cinched at the waist and featured a stylish floral pattern.

The former Olympian, who is married to former rugby union star Mike Tindall, gave herself a few extra inches in a pair of white heels to complete her look.

The daughter of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips, adorned with delicate gold jewelry, including a bracelet and small earrings, and oversized sunglasses.

She packed her essentials into a woven clutch as she mingled with A-list guests while fulfilling her role as a Magic Millions ambassador.

Zara was all smiles as she chatted with other attendees, including several influential women from the business, equestrian and philanthropic sectors.

She was joined at the exclusive lunch by beautiful Argentinian socialite Delfina Blaquier, 44, and her daughter Aurora Figueras.

The mother-daughter duo looked effortlessly stylish in plunging monochrome outfits as they posed alongside Zara.

It looked to be a fun day out for Zara, who has been visiting Australia for years with her husband Mike to attend the famous annual event.

The pair have traveled to the exclusive event almost every year since 2013, only taking a break during the Covid-19 lockdown due to travel restrictions.

The Women With Horsepower lunch has become a regular feature of the Magic Millions Carnival, which runs from January 1 to 14 and features a range of world-famous racing events.

One such event is the Magic Millions Racing Women Achievement Awards, which celebrates ‘outstanding national success and achievements by women in the thoroughbred industry’.

Zara is one of five judges on the race awards jury.

She previously said she likes to escape to Australia during the winter months as the British climate is “gloomy” in January.

Zara and Mike have made no secret of their love for Australia. They first met in a bar in Sydney when Mike was drowning his sorrows after being left out of the England squad during the 2003 World Cup.

Zara was in the country on a gap year at the time and they were introduced by Prince Harry.

The couple tied the knot in 2011 and share three children: Mia, Lena and Lucas.

Zara and Mike are not working royals and do not take money from the Sovereign Grant to fund their lifestyle through various brand deals.

In 2012, Zara was announced as the first Magic Millions Racing Women ambassador.

Magic Millions has been a regular fixture on Zara’s calendar since that year, when she became patron following her Olympic silver medal win in London.

She now travels to Surfers Paradise in Queensland every year for the Gold Coast Yearling Sale.

The seven days of the auction culminate in a major race meeting, with all contenders being horses purchased at previous Magic Millions auctions.

Zara and Mike leave the miserable British weather behind to take part in the 10-day equestrian carnival.

Zara will demonstrate her skills on the polo field while Mike, who presents a podcast with James Haskell and Alex Payne, will provide his witty commentary during the glitzy event.
