The TV personality, 28, split from Sam last month after five years together, and in a new TikTok video she documented her final day of filming Morning Live for her followers.
The clip showed Zara getting an early start at her new home, bundled up against the freezing weather in a cozy jumper from H&M, before heading to London to hop on a train to the north of England.
As well as her morning care, the Love Island star quickly applied her make-up on the train, and after joining her film crew, recorded her latest segment for the BBC daytime show.
After treating herself to a cake from Gregg’s, Zara ended her day by hitting the gym with her friend Alice and washing her hair.
She then ended her evening by curling up in bed to do her evening diary and cuddle her beloved cat Carlo.

A source told the publication: ‘It has been a difficult time for Zara. The trip to Paris just helped her get away from it all.
“Zara just wants to focus on her work and pull herself together. They separated for some time before it officially came to light and she now lives separately from him.’

In the Instagram post, the radio host described Zara as his “best friend” who is “stuck to him forever.”

However, fans have now taken over the comments and say it was his lack of action that led to the couple splitting, saying Sam should have asked Zara to marry him.
