Zach Wilson’s fiancée and model Nicolette Dellanno shared an intimate glimpse into their engagement trip to Italy, a day before the college quarterback’s roommate proposed to his ex-girlfriend.
On Sunday, Dellanno posted stunning snapshots from their romantic getaway. The carousel included picturesque views of Capri, photos of her outfits during the trip and videos of the Denver Broncos quarterback in front of beautiful scenery.
The highlight of the trip was the big question Wilson popped to Dellanno on June 30, on the Amalfi Coast.
Eight days later, Wilson’s ex-girlfriend, Abbey Gile, became engaged to his college roommate and former BYU teammate Dax Milne.
On Monday, Milne — a receiver for the Washington Commanders — posted photos of a wholesome beach proposal to Gile. The newly engaged couple also posed for a selfie as the bride-to-be showed off the massive diamond ring on her finger.

“She said yes,” Milne wrote on Instagram with a heart and ring emoji.
Before her romance with Milne, Gile and Wilson were in a relationship from high school until 2022.
Gile was dubbed the “homie hopper” after she began dating Wilson’s roommate and childhood friend. However, she quickly changed the nickname to Wilson after she revealed that he was romantically involved with one of his mother’s friends – which she cited as the reason for their breakup.
“He slept with his moms best friend…that’s the real homie hopper,” Gile wrote in a response at the time.
Wilson never confirmed the rumors, while his mother, Lisa Wilson, was bombarded by people wanting to know which of her friends was dating Zach.

Still, Wilson and Dellanno seemed to be in seventh heaven after their vacation. When they returned to the United States, they looked loved up and celebrated the Fourth of July with Wilson’s family in Utah.
During the outdoor festivities, Dellano and Wilson couldn’t keep their hands off each other, as seen in Lisa’s Instagram Stories.
Even after Independence Day, Dellano couldn’t resist reliving “the most beautiful trip” and posting some highlights.
Wilson was recently traded to the Broncos after playing his first three seasons with the New York Jets.
