Former New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson has already put his New Jersey condo up for sale following his trade to the Denver Broncos yesterday.

The apartment is located just ten minutes away from the Jets’ facilities and headquarters in the town of Florham Park.

Wilson spent $865,000 on the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home when it was only about a year old.

The quarterback purchased the property in April 2022, shortly after his rookie season ended.

Currently, the property is for sale for $950,000, which is below the average price for the area, according to realtor.com.

Once Wilson sells this house, he will start looking for a new home in his new home in Denver, Colorado.

After months of searching for a trade partner, the Broncos stepped up and traded for Wilson in a pick swap.

Wilson and a seventh-round pick will go to Denver in exchange for a sixth-round pick.

Additionally, the two teams have agreed to split the remainder of Wilson’s salary evenly.

Wilson was thrust into the starting role after Aaron Rodgers suffered a season-ending injury just four times into the 2023 season.

He didn’t perform well – throwing for just 2,271 yards, eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.

If the Denver Broncos don’t take a quarterback in this year’s NFL Draft, Wilson will compete against Jarrett Stidham for the starting job.
