YouTuber Gixxer Brah who drove Colorado Springs to Denver – 70 miles – in 20 minutes is ARRESTED for assault after putting ‘hundreds of people in jeopardy’

A motorcycle riding YouTuber was arrested after a video of him riding at speeds of more than 150 miles per hour along a Colorado road went viral online.

Rendon Dietzmann, 32, who goes by the online username Gixxer Brah, has built a following of 250,000 people by taking women on reckless motorcycle dates and posting footage of their rides online.

The videos often show Dietzmann driving through small gaps in traffic, between lanes and on roadsides.

Dietzmann, of Texas, was identified through an investigation coordinated with the Dallas Police Department and the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office after he posted a video of himself traveling 150 mph on Interstate 25 between Colorado Springs and Denver drove – about 70 miles apart.

After an arrest warrant was issued on suspicion of reckless endangerment, he was taken into custody Tuesday in his native Texas on assault charges.

Dietzmann was booked into a provincial jail on Wednesday, according to provincial records. However, online court records also show that Dietzmann was being held Wednesday on an arrest warrant related to his speeding tickets.

Denton County sheriff’s spokesman Orlando Hinojosa said he had no further details about the arrest. the Denver Post.

In Colorado, Dietzmann was also wanted for participating in a speed contest, driving more than 60 miles per hour over the limit, participating in a demonstration of speed and driving without license plates.

State officials claimed Dietzmann’s stunts “endangered several hundred people.”

The now-deleted YouTube video, titled “From Colorado Springs to Denver in 20 Minutes,” was posted to Dietzmann’s channel in September.

The drive typically takes about an hour on Interstate 25, which has a speed limit of 65 MPH or 75 MPH, depending on location.

An arrest warrant was issued on December 5, while Colorado police republished their case in a press release two weeks ago.

“Illegal and reckless driving will not be tolerated in Colorado,” spokesman Sgt. Troy Kessler said in a statement.

“We care too much about those who travel on our roads to ignore the blatant disregard for the safety of others,” he said.

Adding: “If you drive like this, you can expect to be arrested if you are located.

Other charges include participating in a speed contest, driving more than 60 kilometers per hour over the limit, participating in a demonstration of speed and driving without license plates.

‘This is the best outcome for someone who drives violently, as the slightest mistake could result in their death or that of an innocent person nearby.

“We simply have ‘NO TOLERANCE’ for someone who so blatantly disregards the well-being of the community.”

Dietzman’s YouTube channel remains active online with numerous other videos showing his speeding violations.

On his Instagram account, shortly after the State Patrol sent out a press release about the criminal case, Dietzmann shared posts about his current arrest warrant, 9 News reported.
