He leaves behind a wife of one and a half years and a son of six months.

Deshwal’s YouTube channel has over 300 million views, while his most viewed video alone has 25 million views.

Besides Deshwal’s YouTube channel, he also had an Instagram account of 1.3 million people.

The stuntman had spent the past three years entertaining viewers with stunts with the huge vehicles, often on incredibly soft and unstable terrain.

Fans are speculating about what caused the tractor to collapse.

One wrote: ‘This is an old tractor and it didn’t have proper roll bars.

“The homemade roll bar collapsed as soon as the tractor turned over and crushed him.”

Another wrote: ‘Looks like the back part of the seat gave way.

‘Presumably it was not designed to carry the weight of about 40% of the tractor.

“It looks like the ‘seat’ just broke and the tractor ‘of course’ fell on the poor guy.”

Some fans have suggested that the tractor had a design flaw.

They wrote: “Those bars are called a rollover protection system.

‘It looks like they’re bent.

“Maybe they were aftermarket and not the right size for the tractor, because that’s exactly the type of accident it’s meant to prevent.”

A fourth fan wrote: ‘Tractors aren’t designed for that.

“The weight of the engine went against all the structural support and folded the chassis like a piece of fluted cardboard.”

According to local reports, Deshwal was the younger of two siblings, and his father was a farmer.
