A controversial YouTuber has lashed out at staff at an Australian hospital for not treating him quickly enough as he writhed in pain on the floor or in the emergency room, threatening to ‘sue Australia’.
American streamer Yousef Saleh Erakat – better known as Fousey – is known for his outrageous livestream antics, posting videos of himself sprawled on the floor of Liverpool Hospital in Sydney’s west, claiming he had a ruptured kidney.
“This hospital sucks,” he shouted into the audience livestream on his FouseyTube channel during the weekend.
“Honestly, you’ve got a man crying on the floor, let’s just leave him there? What if I die because my kidney explodes?’ he shouted as stunned staff and patients looked on.
“And you say ‘we’re coming’ and I’m dead on your behalf.
“I hope I die so I can blame Australia forever and my parents can sue them for every damn dollar they’re worth.”
He was previously seen hunched over the patient inquiry desk as hospital staff told him they would not accept his American Express card.
“Okay, I’ll give you another card, it doesn’t matter,” he said.
‘Tell me that, I’ll give you a visa. You guys really worry about money before you help a customer, that’s insane.’

Yousef Erakat, 33, is known for his outrageous livestreams, but his behavior in hospital left onlookers baffled
He then staggered down the hospital hallway as two people groaned and helped him to a chair.
One of the men then told the streamer, “You gotta stay strong, I got your brother,” as the YouTuber leaned back in the chair.
He tried to encourage the streamer further and offered him a fist bump.
“I got your brother,” the streamer shouted.
“Damn, I gave you a pound,” he said, ignoring the man’s fist.
Fousey sought help for an “exploding kidney” at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney’s west.
He later said it was the worst pain of his life as a doctor said it may have been caused by a kidney stone.
Last week, Fousey revealed his plans for a concert to unveil the album he had been working on as he looks to join the litany of YouTubers who have embarked on a music career.
He told an American car dealer he would be in Sydney for four weeks because he was buying a brand new Tesla, and told him about his plans for the event.
“I’m going to be the number one talk in Sydney because I’m going to live there for four weeks,” he said.
‘And I go out on the street every day. At the end of the four weeks, I’m going to rent out a concert hall… And I’m going to debut my hit single.’
The YouTuber said his first days in the port city were tumultuous, he revealed in a later video
In a 10-minute Instagram video posted on Sunday, Fousey said his arrival in Sydney had been difficult.
He said he hadn’t slept for days, had “internal” problems and had pain in his kidneys.
“I did a stream on my first day in Sydney… And as I was dancing, my kidneys were ‘booming’, like it was bad,” he said.
“I spent that night alone in the hospital, and it was hard.”
Last year he made headlines when Miami officers burst into his hotel room and appeared to arrest him after he called the police himself.
The YouTuber appeared to have streamed previous footage showing law enforcement officers coming to his property.
He also previously filmed himself walking down the highway in Miami and dodging cars.
In later footage, four officers are seen entering the hotel room as an apparently distressed Fousey tells them that “there’s a stalker.”
In 2022, he suffered a spectacular defeat against fellow YouTuber Deji, Oladeji Olawale Olatunde Daniel Olatunji, in a boxing match.
Fousey’s corner pulled him out of the fight after a flurry of compact punches and crosses landed in his face.
The streamer has over 10 million subscribers on YouTube and is known for his comedy skits and streams on Kick.
Fousey has constantly spoken about his struggles with depression, porn addiction, anxiety and bipolar disorder in his vlogs.
