YouTube bodybuilder Joesthetics has died of an aneurysm at the age of 30.

German influencer Jo Lindner became famous for posting fitness videos on social media and was known by his eight million Instagram followers for the effort he would put in to maintain his physique.

Just weeks before his death, he said he feared overtraining would give him a heart attack due to his rare muscle condition.

His heartbroken girlfriend Nicha, who opened up on social media, said he died in his room hugging her after dressing her in a necklace he made.

The bodybuilder – who spent time in Thailand and Dubai – had felt pain in his neck three days earlier, but had no idea what it was.

She continued: ‘He was in my arms.. then this is just moving too fast.. 3 days ago he kept saying he had a pain in his neck.. we don’t really realize it… until it’s too late.

“I couldn’t write much at the moment. Trust me, this man is more than you ever know.

“If your boys knew him like I do… he’s the most amazing and incredible person in this world.”

Noel – who has more than four million followers himself – said on social media: ‘I’m still checking my phone awaiting your reply so we can meet at the gym.

“I am broken bro, you opened your arms to us, you showed us so much about life and social media. Your generosity to myself and others will stay with me forever.

“I still don’t believe this to be true, because you still had so much to do and go.”
