Pregnant Alexandra Burke spoke openly about her journey of self-love and acceptance during her pregnancy to Lorraine Kelly on Friday.
The singer, 34, who is expecting her second child with her footballer boyfriend Darren Randolph, 36, also shares their child, 11 months.
Alexandra discussed the importance of “accepting and loving your body,” which she learned throughout her pregnancy.
She said, “What a woman’s body can endure when you’re blessed to carry a baby is incredible.”
‘Sport is everything to me, so when I was pregnant I had no control over it. You have to accept your body and love your body and who you are.’
