If the incredible Cairncroft Avenue home were to fetch the high sale price, it would break Launching Place’s previous record for the most expensive property sold by almost three times.
The current record currently stands at $2.65 million after a 32-acre house and farmland on Dalry Road was sold in 2021.
It is also well above the average sales price of just $670,000, but Belharrie has identified Yarra Manna as ‘the best property in the Yarra Valley’.
