WFAN radio announcer Suzyn Waldman was caught on a hot microphone voicing her thoughts on the Yankees during Tuesday night’s tough 2-1 loss to the Nationals.
The result condemned New York to its ninth straight loss, marking its worst losing streak since the 1982 season.
During WFAN’s broadcast of the game, a commercial nearly ended before Waldman was heard to say, “God, this is boring.”
Although it was obviously not intended that this would be broadcast, it was. The slip occurred before the start of the fifth inning.
