“We’re here, VEGAS!” Wynonna wrote on Instagram. ‘See you TOMORROW at the @venetianvegas for evening 1 of……..THE GREATEST HITS! Who will we see?!’

It comes just months after Judd’s daughter’s last run-in with the law.

Kelley was arrested on October 27 for allegedly stealing a van worth $3,800 from 31-year-old Kent Hart, leader of the Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene in Charlottesville, Virginia, in a heroin-fueled rampage.

The country singer’s child, who has a 2-year-old daughter of her own, faces seven charges, including three counts of misdemeanor grand larceny and driving without a license, Albemarle County police told DailyMail.com.

She is also charged with malicious destruction of property, failure to use headlights and moving a vehicle with intent to commit a crime, the department said.

Hart described the moment he allegedly saw Kelley driving his van and trailer from the front of his home on a cul-de-sac while he was in the kitchen with his family on Sunday evening.

“I’m talking to my daughter and I look out the window and I see the van leaving my house,” Hart said The daily progress.

The pastor chased Kelley in his Chevrolet Yukon and boxed her in, forcing her to stop at the edge of Rolling Road.

“I said, ‘You stole my van, get out of my van,’ as I knocked on the door,” he said. “And at this point I see her very clearly. I saw her hairstyle and facial tattoo.’

“It looked to me like she could have been high, like she wasn’t in her right mind,” he added.

Hart said Kelley drove off toward Virginia Route 20 until Albemarle Police Officer Corey Legg stopped her about four miles away at Massie Branch Lane.

Legg wrote in a report that Kelley told police “she had sold her soul to the devil” and that a male suspect “left the driver’s seat and ran into the woods.”

“I told the prison staff that she may have taken something,” he wrote in The Daily Progress.

“I was later told that prison staff had observed something inside Ms. Kelley during her body scan.”

Legg said Kelley tested positive for heroin later that evening during testing at the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Hart launched a GoFundMe page to recoup the cost of the vehicle, which he said is needed to transport congregants and equipment to Sunday services.

Despite the blow to the community, Hart said he holds no grudge against Kelley.

“We want the community to know that on a personal level we have forgiven Grace Kelley,” he wrote, quoting a passage from the Bible.

The Daily Progress reported at the time that Kelley was still behind bars.

Kelley is the daughter of Wynonna and her first husband, Arch Kelley III, to whom she was married from 1996-1998.

She has previous convictions in Tennessee, which centers on her mother’s music career, for manufacturing methamphetamine, evading arrest and driving under the influence.

The troubled 28-year-old also has pending cases in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee on charges including aggravated assault, trespassing, violation of a restraining order, failure to appear and charges of probation violations.

She was arrested in August in Carroll County, Georgia, on three felony charges: fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and improper use of motorcycle equipment.

Before that, she was charged with solicitation of prostitution in Millbrook, Alabama, but this was dismissed.

Kelley was accused of holding up a sign reading “Ride for a Ride” on a busy highway while exposing her breasts and other intimate parts of her body, local police chief PK Johnson revealed in an exclusive interview with DailyMail. com.
