WWE Superstar Kairi Sane suffered a gruesome eye injury when he jumped from the top rope into the announcer’s table during a match on Monday Night Raw.
During a tag team match featuring Damage CTRL partner Iyo Sky against The Unholy Union of Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill were standing ringside.
Dawn came to blows in front of the announcers’ table with Belair and Cargill, who had recently won the titles from her and Fyre.
Sane went to launch himself at the trio standing outside the ring. Fyre got out of the way while Sane jumped high on Belair, who couldn’t stop her from landing behind her.
Directly behind Belair was the announcer’s table. Sane hit her head on the edge of the table, literally causing her to bleed around her eye.

Sane finished the match, remaining on the outside after an ambush from Cargill.
Dawn and Fyre ultimately won the match, with Sane on the outside.
Sane posted an update on her social media about the cut and blood around her eye streaming down her face.
Sane is known for her ability to fly high. Her top rope elbow drop finisher has wowed fans since her introduction to the business in 2016.
Sane appears to be doing well under the circumstances after being examined by WWE’s medical team and is not expected to be out of action.
However, she did need a few stitches to stop the bleeding.
