WWE star Carmella announces she is pregnant with her first child following two miscarriages
Leah Van Dale, also known as Carmella to WWE fans, celebrated big news on Monday.
The wrestling celebrity, 35, is expecting her first child with husband Matt Polinsky, 39.
Leah was the first to break the news Good morning Americawho tells the news show she is “cautiously optimistic” after suffering two miscarriages last year, including an ectopic pregnancy.
“It’s all just been such a whirlwind,” she said, after revealing she got the good news in March. The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary on April 7.
“I think it was hard to get excited about this right away because of my past, but I was cautiously optimistic. I’m trying to have a good mindset, a positive mindset this time, and it’s working. So I’m very happy with that.’

The former Smackdown champion quickly took to social media where she shared the good news with her 3.3 million fans.
“After every storm there is a rainbow,” she wrote.
“Our little miracle is due in November and we couldn’t be happier.”
Leah shared some black and white photos of herself and Matt, whose stage name is Corey Graves, including a photo of the ultrasound.
The model wore a white bra top and an open button-down shirt, with her jeans unbuttoned with poppers showing off her growing baby bump.
Her long brown hair was styled in long waves.
Matt, looked relaxed in a white T-shirt and jeans.
Another picture showed a sweet white onesie with “Little Miracle” written on it, next to a picture of the ultrasound and a sign announcing that the baby was due in November 2023.

Speaking to GMA, Leah shared a sentiment many mothers-to-be can sympathize with, revealing that the morning sickness was “insane.”

“I’ve been so tired, more tired than ever in my life,” she explained.
“But I’ve never been so happy to feel so horrible. I’ve been great, I mean mentally. It’s kind of a weird space where I’m excited but also a little worried because of the miscarriages. It’s a shame it robs you of the real excitement there should be.’
Matt has three children from his marriage to his first wife, Amy Polinsky; a son, Cash, and two daughters, Lenny and Lola.
Leah said the trio, whom she refers to as her “bonus kids.” looking forward to having a new sister or brother.
