The north London derby between Tottenham and Arsenal was abandoned on Saturday afternoon after a fan fell ill in the stands of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
In the 80th minute, stewards were called to attend to a supporter sitting in the away stand.
Arsenal's medical team helped treat the supporter, with fans appearing to see a defibrillator being carried around the pitch as the team made their way to the stands.
The break in play added an extra 11 minutes to the tie after normal playing time.
When play resumed, the home side won the game 1–0 thanks to a goal from Martha Thomas in the 58th minute. This was the first time in either team's history that Tottenham had defeated their North London rivals.

Scorer Thomas was a deadline-day recruit called up to replace the much-missed Bethany England while recovering from hip surgery, and the player has found the back of the net seven times in 10 games, making her the joint top scorer of the WSL.
Gunners star Vivianne Miedema won her 100th WSL appearance as she staged her return from a knee injury that blighted the marksman's 2022-2023 season.
It was the first time the Dutch international had appeared alongside Beth Mead and Alessia Russo in what is likely to be Jonas Eidevall's favorite trio, the latter arriving this summer.

Eidevall's side could not build on a 4-1 win against rivals Chelsea at the Emirates a week later and would see themselves drop to third place if Manchester City beat Everton at Walton Hall Park on Sunday.
