What has been said?

Charlotte Flair will return this weekend when she takes on her bitter rival Rhea Ripley.

Flair took seven months out of the ring towards the end of 2022, but he’s back and better than ever as he looks to the future.

speaking exclusively to sports mailFlair gave his thoughts on taking time away from the sport.

“When you come back, you don’t feel like you’re gone because you get back into the daily routine so quickly, but it definitely gave me an update and a chance to come back with a new perspective because every time you walk away from something and come back without the baggage, I feel certain lightness when I’m around.

‘I don’t have to try to be good or bad, I can just be the star that I am. The only big difference is being able to interact with the kids around the ring after so many years of just leaving after the match or not being able to participate or not wanting to.

“Yeah, you always want to engage with the fans, but I’ve never had that reception with them the way I do now.” It’s been so much fun and so rewarding and special, it’s amazing. I must have done something right all these years!
