Delhi Capitals (DC) maintained their position at the top of the Women’s Premier League 2024 points table after match 11 between Royal Challengers Bangalore and UP Warriorz on Monday, March 4.

The Capitals have three wins from four matches and even after RCB and Mumbai Indians have the same number of points, Meg Lanning is at the top thanks to their superior net run rate.

Behind the capitals are the Harmanpreet Kaur-led Mumbai Indians. The Mumbai side bounced back from their only defeat against UP Warriorz to comprehensively defeat Smriti Mandhana-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to register their third win in the fourth match. They also have six points from four games, but their net run rate is lower than the Capitals.

RCB, after winning the match against UP, have now recovered from their back-to-back defeats. They won their last game on their own field and now have six points from five games.

Alyssa Healy led UP Warriorz who had won back-to-back matches but lost their second match of the season against RCB as they were defeated by 23 runs on Monday, March 4. They have four points to their name, but they have now played five games.

Gujarat Giants are the only team who have no points to their name from their four matches. They are yet to win a match in this WPL season.
