PlatinumGames has announced that its 2021 hack-and-slash action game, World of demons, will soon no longer be available for download on Apple Arcade before the service ends next month. The closure will take place less than three years after the game's release.
As noted by Eurogamerin brief blog post Published today (Jan. 5), PlatinumGames stated that players will no longer be able to download games starting Jan. 18 World of demons from Apple Arcade. As it stands, this is the only way to download the title, as it can only be played on iOS and MacOS (via Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV).
After that, on February 1, “downloads of the game will no longer be available to play.” The developer added: “We thank all the players who have enjoyed the game since its release.”
World of demons is incredibly stylish and lets players step into the shoes of a samurai in a world full of supernatural spirits and monsters known as yokai.
