‘If you ask me, “What is your morning routine? What is your night routine?” I would laugh in your face,” she said.
“It would be like, ‘Who has a morning routine? That’s not real. Nobody really has a morning routine or a night routine. That’s nothing.'”
However, she has since become someone who gets up at six in the morning, works out at the gym, makes weekly trips to the supermarket, and has a daily routine.
‘I’m winning, and I want to share the secret, okay? Because there is a secret. Romanticize the boring parts of your life to the max,’ she told the camera. ‘If you go to the grocery store, make it an experience.

‘Be the annoying person who posts your grocery shopping and posts your exercise videos. Romanticize your chores. Idealize your self-care.
Smith even romanticizes validating a parking ticket by reminding herself that she is now a ‘city girl’ after living in the suburbs all her life.
