Woman who works at a secret New York SEX CLUB reveals what really goes on behind closed doors – from clients pleasuring ‘beefy’ security guards to the multiple police officers who regularly attend the seedy events
A bartender at a secret sex club in New York City has spoken out about what goes on behind closed doors – from how she’s professionally required to dress like a ‘h*e’ to how porters clean up after messy couples.
The unnamed woman, who has been doing this job for almost three years, went on the podcast Other People’s Liveshosted by Greg Dybec and Joe Santagato, to show what it’s like to work in a sex club, which “can be found all over the city.”
The location where she works is housed in a three-story space near Madison Square Park, hidden behind an unmarked door in a high-rise between “office buildings and such.”
“When it’s time to start the party, they put out this sign at the buzzer where you come in… so people can easily identify themselves,” she explained.
A woman opened up on the Other People’s Lives podcast, hosted by Greg Dybec (L) and Joe Santagato (R), about what it’s like to bartend at an underground sex club in New York City
She also highlighted that sex clubs can be found “just about everywhere” in the city (stock image)
‘Because it’s a door you never think about again.’
The club is – like apparently most sex clubs – BYOB. So instead of making drinks, as a bartender she holds the alcohol that customers bring and pours it into cups for them upon request.
“I also serve as eye candy,” she said.
“I have to dress up as, you know, sexy. I have to wear a little h*e outfit. I have to be topless for part of the night. So that’s part of the appeal: you’ve got a hot bartender with big tits.”
As for the clientele, the woman described it as “definitely (from) all walks of life,” adding that she mainly sees “a lot of couples.”
“I would say probably 50 percent of couples are just starting out. They don’t know, they’ve never done this before. There’s maybe 10 percent of people who say, “I’m just curious, I just came to look, I don’t want to do anything.”
With that, she estimated that “there’s another 10 percent of guys who just come to jerk off or whatever.”
The particular sex club where she works, she explained, is the rare one that allows ‘single men’ through the door without any referrals – and she admitted that the rule has given the establishment a ‘bad reputation in the community’ as a result.
The woman admitted that single men show up en masse and ‘always’ don’t see any action. Pictured is Other People’s Lives co-host Greg Dybec
While bartending, she also explained that men often “stand next to me and jerk off.” Pictured is podcast cohost Joe Santagato reacting during the woman’s interview
Considering that single men are allowed — and, as the woman suggested, often show up in large numbers — co-host Greg Dybec asked the woman, “Do a lot of guys show up, and do they still stand out, even in a sex club ? ‘
“Oh, everyone the time,” she admitted. ‘I haven’t experienced that in other places. But when I’m working (here), sometimes it’s just guys in the building night.’
The woman also claimed that the club also saw “loads of cops” showing up as customers – despite the operation not technically being legal.
“It’s funny because they let people know they’re police officers,” the woman explained. “The owner says, ‘They get so much business because they tell their other police friends they can come here and have fun.’
While working behind the bar, the woman often looks up and sees a couple having sex on the counter, staring back at her.
But it’s much creepier when apparently single male customers stand a few feet away from her and watch her pleasure themselves.
“A lot of guys will…stand next to me and jerk off,” the woman said.
“So then it’s like, ‘Okay, if you’re going to stand there and jerk off, you better at least put some money in my tip jar.'”
She also claimed that the club considered “loads of cops” as its clientele, despite the establishment being technically illegal
For those wondering who will clean up after the messy events, the woman explained, “We have a doorman. And he basically just runs after people fucking, and immediately takes the sheets off the bed, puts a new sheet on, puts away condoms, mop the floor.”
Staff, she also said, are allowed to “join in” the sex activity, as long as they can fit the fun into their 15-minute breaks.
Although she is the only female employee at the location most evenings – and has therefore largely avoided interacting with customers to avoid jealousy among them – she has noted that “security guys are basically (satisfied) just like any shift.”
“We have these kind of reinforced, cute guards. So all the women who come in are like, ‘Ooh, security!’
The bartender – who got the job through one of the club’s owners after appearing in porn produced by his “boutique porn company” – also described how the atmosphere of an evening can be like an “eighth grade dance.”
“If there are a lot of people who don’t have experience or don’t feel comfortable, it’s their first time — which is often — an eighth-grade kind of dance,” she said.
“Everyone sits around and does stuff. But I’m not really going for it, you know? It’s like sitting around.’
But, she continued, if one of the club’s owners comes over with his girlfriend, and “if it’s like that, and there’s a lot of people in the club, but they’re all standing against the wall nothing, he and his girlfriend sometimes just go to the middle of the room and do stuff, just to get it going.
“Because it’s like, one of those things, like someone has to go dancing. And then everyone starts dancing,” she added.
