A woman has been stabbed to death and a man seriously injured after a knife attack in Canberra.
The woman was pronounced dead at a home in Bruce, in the Australian Capital Territory, shortly after paramedics arrived at 5.40pm on Monday.
A man was found injured in the home and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The police are investigating.
