Woman shares ‘genius’ hack to train yourself to wake up early by scrolling on your CELLPHONE

A woman has gone viral after revealing an ‘easy’ and ‘realistic’ way you can train yourself to wake up early – simply by scrolling on your mobile.

Dani Schenone, a marketing executive and yoga instructor from California, recently posted a video on TikTok detailing a “hack” she came up with that made it easier for herself to get up in the wee hours of the morning.

Her method, which she says “changed her life,” has left many people on the internet in awe, with one viewer labeling it “genius” and another calling it “the best advice they’ve ever heard.”

According to Dani, she used to be “bad at getting up early.” But she started setting her alarm an hour before she was supposed to start her day — and that changed everything.

Her method, which she says “changed her life,” has left many people on the internet in awe, with one viewer labeling it “genius” and another calling it “the best advice they’ve ever heard.”

She used that time to check her phone, which made it so much easier for her to get up.

“You’re bad at getting up early, but you’re not going to be bad anymore. Do you want to know why? Because you got me,” she began in her TikTok, which has been viewed more than 8.

“I used to be bad at getting up early too, but this is what you’re going to do. As soon as your alarm wakes you up, I want you to use your phone.

“I know people say picking up your phone first thing in the morning is the worst thing you can do, but we know you do it, so why not use it to your advantage?

“Get on your phone, do whatever you want on your phone for an hour, and then get ready for work or get ready for your day.

The California resident explained that by doing this you “get in the habit” of getting up early because it allows you to do something you enjoy – instead of having to rush right away to get ready for work .

“The brain is a rebellious little s**t and you have to treat it like a child, so how can you get a child to do anything? Positive reinforcement,” she continued.

‘What do we all like to do? Use our phones – so use that to your advantage.’

Dani added that once waking up early starts to become “more manageable,” you can start using that time to do more productive things instead.

“Then you can start introducing the things you want to do in the morning, like take a yoga class, go to the gym or go for a walk, or read a book,” she concluded.

In a follow-up video, the marketing executive explained that it only took her two weeks of being on her phone in the morning to get used to waking up early.

She added that because of her hour of screen time, she doesn’t lose sleep because she went to bed earlier.

“As soon as I woke up earlier, I went to sleep earlier because I was so, so exhausted. Waking up early became really easy,” she explained.

“This hack enabled me to now wake up at 5:30am, go to a yoga class at 6am, and start my day with a better mood and attitude after that yoga class.”

Many people took to the comment section to gulp about Dani’s suggestion, while others revealed that they used her advice and it worked for them.

“This is 1000 percent accurate. I wake up early and stare at TikTok, a few months later I now go to the gym at 6,” one person wrote.

‘It worked. WAS THAT ALL?’ said another baffled user.

Someone else added, “This is so smart. Because once I’m scrolling, I’m alert. Genius.’

“This is actually the most realistic advice,” is a fourth comment.

A fifth said, ‘Oh my God, thank you. This is how I wake myself up and everyone says it’s a bad habit, but it’s the only way I can get myself up, so I do it.”
