A gruesome video has emerged of the moment a 24-year-old woman who “had no enemies” was mysteriously shot by a masked assassin, who then fled on the back of a motorcycle.
Angélica María Herrera Osmán died on May 27 on the premises of her party decoration business, police said, citing CCTV footage of the gunman arriving on the scene in Montenegro, near the city of Bogota.
The attacker, whose identity is concealed by a bicycle helmet, jumps off his bicycle and walks into a doorway on the street before apparently realizing he has the wrong address.
He comes out and goes to the next door, and seconds later, apparently after the attack has taken place, he runs out into the street towards the bike.
The unknown assailant and his getaway driver drive away as the chilling footage ends

The horrors unfolded on May 27 at Angélica’s workplace, where officers later recovered four bullet casings.
She had her own company called ‘Celebbrando Ando’, where she sold party decorations.
According to Col. Luis Fernando Atuesta of the Quindío police, Angélica “was inside the establishment and without any words being exchanged, she was shot multiple times.”
The motive for the murder remains a mystery, although police have ruled out robbery as a motive.
Police and prosecutors say Angélica has not had any problems with anyone and has not received any threats.
Investigators studied CCTV footage, which shows passers-by on the street while the two attackers can be seen in the background.
The masked killer jumps off the bike and approaches the two doorways, heading for the first.
He emerges calmly and then goes next door for a few moments before leaving.
Seconds after entering the second door, the masked attacker runs out into the street towards the getaway bike. The pair then drive away from the scene
Video of his escape allowed police to track the attackers’ route. They found the bike in a parking lot and said the owner will be called in for questioning.
The mayor of Montenegro, Gustavo Pava Busch, has offered a reward of 10 million COP (€ 2,000) for any information leading to the downfall of the perpetrators.
Angélica had graduated from the University of Quindío in 2023 with a degree in social work before starting her own business.
The investigation into her murder continues.
The murder could be the third femicide of the year in the municipality alone and the fifth so far this year in the Quindío department.
