Woman is arrested in Colorado apartment complex after assaulting Latino family
Video shows the moment a woman hurled racial slurs at a Latino family for throwing a party at a pool in Colorado — in the posh apartment complex where she lives.
The clip, uploaded to TikTok, shows the unidentified Lakewood woman, who is white, complaining about the group — calling them “garbage” and telling them to “go back to Denver.”
The video, posted by a family member on Wednesday, shows the woman becoming so enraged that she had to be held down by a man from her own side.
The woman draws a mob of several people – and eventually the police – and continues to yell and harass the family in the clip, at one point yelling “Get the f*** out.”
People are now labeling the woman a ‘racist Karen’, following the filmed incident – which ended up being viewed more than 1 million times in a matter of hours. Police arrived at the scene, but it is unclear whether she has been arrested.

“Yes, it’s true,” you can hear the bikini-clad say in the much-seen clip, visibly annoyed by the group’s presence. “You’re having a great Mexican party in a pool.”
At this point, the woman approaches the filming woman before physically addressing her.
‘You can not do that. You can’t just record me,’ says the woman, before knocking the phone out of the hands of the filmer.
Before that, an added commentary from the app’s voice feature labeling the woman as “racist Karen” can be heard, while an accompanying caption asks social media users to help identify her.
The split footage then jumps to what is believed to be a few minutes later, with the woman now being held by a male member of her own party on one of the sun loungers by the pool.
While this is happening, she continues to chide the family for their presence.
Several proceed to surround and argue with the woman – as she continues to scream as she attempts to confront the now angry group.
In the midst of the commotion, you can still hear her making xenophobic statements like “Get the f**k out.” and “go back to Denver”
The woman continues to yell and scream for almost the entire duration of the video, which lasts just under a minute.
When asked by one of the victims to leave the pool herself, she is heard to reply that she lives in Lakewood – the affluent suburb where the complex is located.
At one point, she is heard to angrily say to the family, who had been having a poolside bash, “I live here, you haven’t come from anywhere, you low-class bastard.”
The video then cuts to a shot of at least three police officers arriving at the scene.
They talk to the woman and man who held her, though the clip ends before an arrest takes place.

When asked by one of the victims to leave the pool on her own, she is heard to reply that she lives in Lakewood – the affluent suburb where the complex is set – while still throwing insults.
A Denver art dealer, meanwhile, has come forward to denounce the woman’s actions, describing her as a former employee without disclosing her name.
It is still unclear Friday morning who called the police. DailyMail.com has reached out to Lakewood Police Department for comment, but has not yet confirmed the arrest.
Social media users are now teaming up to identify the woman – after the TikTok user who shared the video urged them to do so.
“Let’s find her! Mind you she was making racial slurs all day and even pointing out the kids from our parties saying ‘when they grow up they’ll be trash too'” Jade Serie wrote.
The TikToker added about the woman’s behavior, “According to this Karen, all Mexicans are low class. I hope this video is found by her colleagues, family and friends. Doing that at a family BBQ with kids is downright disgusting.’
Meanwhile, social media users continue to share footage of the encounter.
A Denver art dealer, meanwhile, has come forward to denounce the woman’s actions, describing her as a former employee without disclosing her name. DailyMail.com has reached out for comment.
