Woman in her 30s reveals the six beauty hacks that have ‘aged her backwards’ – and how you can combat the signs of aging in just 10 MINUTES a day
A woman in her 30s reveals her six beauty hacks that she says make her look a decade younger.
In an initial TikTok clip, facial yoga guru Anastasia Goron shared two photos of herself: the first photo showed her with a dull complexion in her 20s and the second showed her glowing skin in her 30s.
She then made a video detailing her secrets to her youthful appearance, which included using sunscreen, avoiding sugary and starchy foods, and doing facial massages.
Her 1.1 million TikTok followers were in awe of her transformative photos and noted the positive change, writing: ‘How old are you? Thought you (are) about 27-28.’

In the second video titled ‘four hacks to age backwards’, Anastasia didn’t limit herself to that number and instead listed six secrets.
His starts her TikTok video with her first hint of use sunscreen everyday as well as ‘antioxidants like vitamin C in the morning for your face, to protect yourself from pollution and from UVA and UVB rays.’
UVA rays cause premature aging such as wrinkles and UVB rays damage the outer layer of the skin.
It’s best to make sure your sunscreen is 30 or higher and that it offers a broad spectrum of protection against both types of rays.
Her second tip is ‘to avoid sweet and starchy food.’
Overconsumption of sugar and starchy foods can accelerate the aging process and cause acne breakouts.
Anastasia’s third tip is to ‘get sunlight exposure first thing in the morning.’
Vitamin D from the sun helps your skin maintain a healthy barrier, regulates the cellular replication cycle to prevent premature aging and promotes collagen production.
She recommends using sunscreen, avoiding sugary and starchy foods, and getting exposure to sunlight first thing in the morning. Featured are photos from her 20s

She also recommends getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
While we sleep, our body creates collagen and repairs damage from UVs, making ‘beauty sleep’ essential.
Next, she recommends ‘moving your body’ because ‘you improve lymphatic drainage all over’ and it also provides ‘happy hormones’, such as dopamine and endorphins.
Exercise increases blood flow that nourishes our skin cells and flushes out debris, causing a cleanse from the inside out.
“And last but not least, release the tension in your face by (doing) facial massages,” explained Anastasia.
‘It will help you release wrinkles where they build up into muscle spasms, but also relax your head and therefore you can also reduce headaches and generally feel a bit better.
“And what also really helps – to exercise the muscles that are underused so that you create a balance in your face.”
Doing facial massages helps stimulate your skin and builds muscle thickness, according to Healthline.
She concludes her video by saying: ‘It only takes five to 10 minutes daily.’

One person wrote: ‘Thanks for your tips.’
A young teenager has already taken notes and wrote: ’15 year old me watching this video.’
A third person admitted how difficult it was to follow the tips, adding: ‘The way she casually said avoid sugary or starchy foods.’
The skin enthusiast’s TikTok videos provide step-by-step instructions on how to do facial yoga for areas prone to aging such as eyes, cheeks, jawline and the nasolabial folds.
The technique dates back to Ancient Egypt during 5000 BC.
The period was known for its luxurious skin care rituals that included facials and massages using jade and other stones – even Cleopatra was a fan, according to Medium.
