Woman found dead in Setai bathtub died of overdose after ordering food
A married music executive has been photographed for the first time since a 34-year-old Colombian woman was found dead in his Miami hotel room.
David Bolno, 46, was photographed Thursday afternoon in Los Angeles.
He appeared pensive and wore a bright pink hoodie for the outing, holding two bottles of Pepsi Max and using his phone to make a call.
Bolno was photographed hours after denying wrongdoing over the death of aspiring musician Laura Lozano, 34, on March 29 at The Setai hotel in Miami Beach.
The music boss – who has worked with Drake and Post Malone – left the hotel around 4:30 a.m., while Lozano Sterling remained in the hotel room.
At 1 p.m. that same day, she was found unconscious in the bathtub, with an unknown substance also found in the bedroom, a police report obtained by DailyMail.com revealed.
Police are not said to believe the substance discovered was some kind of prescription drug.
A cause of death has not yet been disclosed and Bolno is not considered an interested party in the case.
On Wednesday, Bolno labeled Lozano’s death a “terrible tragedy” but insisted he had already left when she died.

He spoke hours after DailyMail.com discovered the woman was found dead in a bathtub at the Setai hotel after “making music” with an executive representing Colombian descent.
Lozano Sterling ordered room service after the man left and subsequently died of a suspected drug overdose, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Laura Lozano Sterling was found lying face up in the bathtub of room 2308 at The Setai hotel, a $2,600-a-night luxury suite, around 1 p.m. on March 30.
The room was booked by David Bolno, a 46-year-old businessman and music executive from California.
Bolno, who is married, told DailyMail.com that Lozano was a client and that he helped her career.

Lauren Lozano Sterling was found dead at 1 p.m. on March 30 in a similar bathtub in room 2805. She had ordered room service earlier that day, after Bolno left the hotel.
He insisted that he was “letting her stay in the room,” but that there was “not much more to it” than a late night’s work.
Bolno left The Setai at 4:35 am on the morning of Thursday, March 30.
It’s unclear where he went, but he was seen on hotel surveillance cameras.
Bolno told DailyMail.com that the incident was a “terrible tragedy.”
Though Lozano wasn’t discovered until 1 p.m., DailyMail.com can reveal she was alive when he left the building — and ordered room service after he left.
She is then believed to have taken a bath, but died due to a suspected overdose.
It is unclear what kind of drugs were used, but law enforcement sources tell DailyMail.com that the drugs were not prescription pills.
Although Bolno was initially listed as a person of interest in an initial police report, he is not suspected of having played any role in the woman’s death.
“He has fully cooperated with law enforcement,” a police source said, adding that there was no “malicious intent.”
It is unclear how long Lozano, who was described by police sources as Colombian, lived in the US but had permanent residency status.
Her family would be “devastated” by her death.
Bolno’s wife declined to comment when DailyMail.com contacted her, and he didn’t want to go into too much detail about how they ended up in the room together so late.
He says she was an aspiring musician and that he had arranged for her to have her own room in his hotel room, but that “there’s not much going on anymore.”
‘I really liked her. I helped her make music… it was a terrible tragedy.

“I left the room early in the morning, so I wasn’t there when they found her.
“It was really sad, she was someone I really liked, and she was a good person.”
Bolno, a partner at NKSFB, the country’s largest business management firm that works with artists in music, film and television, said he hoped to sign Lozano, an aspiring musician.
“She had been there because she was recording music the night before.
“She’s a client and she was supposed to sign a record deal with me. I helped her make music,” he said.
“I really don’t want to go into too much detail about it. Frankly, it was a terrible tragedy.”
When asked why the 34-year-old had been in his room at such odd hours at night, Bolno said: “I let her stay there, there’s not much more going on” and when asked where he was , he repeated, “she was found when I left.”
“From what I was told she was found much later in the day,” he said.
