Arriving at the scene, police found a woman lying on the ground who first received medical attention before being rushed to hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

A visitor to the park tweeted that a bomb squad had been on the scene about an hour after the incident to investigate a black bag that had been left near the bottom of the parking structure.
